Investment Approach The Fund aims to maximise the return on your investment through a combination of capital growth and income on the Fund's assets. The Fund invests at least 70% of its total assets in the equity securities (e.g. shares) of companies which are domiciled in, or the main business of which is in, Asia excluding Japan. Many of these countries are developing countries. The Fund may invest up to 30% of its total assets in the People's Republic of China (PRC) via the Stock Connect and the Renminbi denominated investment quota issued to Renminbi Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (RQFII Quota). In particular, the Fund will invest in the equity securities of companies which, in the investment adviser's opinion, have good growth potential.
